Nylon Putting Green
This is the Memory Turf. During the manufacturing process the nylon fibers are heat set at 230 degrees. What does that mean to you? The fibers in nylon and nylon sand-filled turf will resist matting and will spring back to their upright position after crushing….keeping your “grass” upright and healthy looking.
Nylon synthetic turf is much denser than polypropylene and is a much strong fiber. It resists fading and wear in all weather conditions and has a high UBA resistance factor. It can be installed indoors or outdoors and is an excellent all-purpose turf.
Our nylon turf has been specifically produced to be an all purpose turf. It receives the shot well and has excellent putting performance. By adding a small amount of sand-fill you can increase the speed of your green. Cleaning is easy … blow or sweep the surface and you’re done.
Installation of nylon turf is more difficult than polypropylene because of its shorter fiber. Seaming takes a more expert touch, but it does hide the seam well when the job is done properly.
