Step 1 - Determine location and size
Once you have drafted on paper what your dream putting green should look
like, go to the actual location of the designated putting green area and
construct a sample of the layout with some string or rope. This will help
you with planning the actual dimensions needed for your putting green.
Ordering an appropriate amount of turf is important, so remember that
our turf is manufactured in 12 and 15 foot widths. After you have concluded
the shape of your layout, spray the outlined area with a can of landscaping
paint to mark your measurements.
